A culmination of years of practice as solutions providers for visual effects companies as well as real world experiences at boutique to full service post production companies have inspired us to develop our own product line (FM Products). FM Products address important aspects critical to production environments for the purpose to help create a more cohesive working relationship between artists' and engineers. FM Products offer the latest SSD (Solid State Disks) technology that solves the bottlenecks being reported by 64 bit users on other similar products. Flash SSD are high-performance storage devices that contain no moving parts. Using flash memory chips for storage, these devices are available in the same industry-standard form factors and interfaces as hard disks drive but instead use flash memory chips in lieu of rotational magnetic disks to store data. The evolution has begun with FM Products leading the pack being the first to offer SSDs (Solid State Disks) as an option on all our high performance workstations and servers.
